How often to you get to visit your family?
Our provincial directives state that "Each Sister is given two weeks’ vacation annually, which includes her home visit." During this time, we are able to visit our family.
The directives further explain that: "In addition to the annual vacation, a Sister may visit the members of her immediate family on such occasions as common sense and community responsibility permit." The same principle would pertain to accepting visits from relatives, and we are responsible to our superiors when making such arrangements.
